Not far from Biscayne Bay is Alton Road, one of the first roadways you’ll come across when you enter Miami Beach that was once featured in a popular video game series. The section of Alton Road that intersects South Beach plays host to many local businesses of various types such as dry cleaning, small grocery and furniture stores and diverse restaurants. Everything becomes mostly residential area once you reach Michigan Avenue just north of South Beach.
