Also known as State Road A1A, Collins Avenue is a joy to drive through since the street runs parallel to the Atlantic Ocean. Numerous historic Art Deco hotels and high end Miami Beach condos run along the street as well as popular clubs like Mynt and Rokbar.

 

Known as Miami Beach’s “Historic Spanish Village”, Española Way conceived in 1925 extends from Collins Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue, the product of N.B.T. Roney, best known as the person behind the Roney Plaza Hotel. It was designed with the intention of emulating the romantic ambiance and Mediterranean style of France and Spain and now is home to several art galleries, restaurants, and interesting shops.
